Our restaurant clients are all considered mid to upper range menus. We do not have fast food clients. Your shopping requirements will include dining for 2 and will include tip reimbursements. With high quality clients we will expect high quality shoppers.

Reimbursements totaling over $600 annually must be reported to the IRS as income you receive during the year. Under certain conditions you may be able to deduct your expenses,(i.e. your shop cost) against this reported income. Check with your CPA. We require a small level of food service experience or that you are a current business owner. Please describe your experience here: *

With your membership you promise to adhere to all of the Business Shoppers Rules and Procedures. In addition you will remain Anonymous at all times. Reliability is of most importance. Our clients are paying for this service and expect value and professionalism from us.

Accuracy is important; the Audit form you fill out must be complete. Questions can not be overlooked and your written observations must agree with the way you scored questions.
Checks for reimbursement are sent at the latest, on the 20th of the month following the Shop.
Instructions of the Shop must be followed and reviewed clearly as they sometimes will be more explicit and override some questions on the standard Audit Form.
Commitment to a Shop means you will complete the Shop as assigned and you will call our office at the first indication of your not being able to complete the Shop.

I understand that I am an independent contractor with no employment relationship with Business Shoppers and its parent company Consumer Endorsed Services.
I will perform all Shops to the best of my ability.
I will perform all Shops personally and will not have others do them for me.
I will give immediate notice if I am unable to perform a Shop.
I will honor all confidentially agreements.
I will submit all notifications and Audit forms on time.
I will not falsify or misrepresent report
I will not share information with others about results of a Shop.
I will not announce myself as a shopper to the business being shopped unless instructed to do so.
I will not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, including prescription drugs that will impair my abilities to complete a proper Audit.

I agree that the failure to abide by any of these ethical and conduct standards can result in my being dropped as a Shopper and prevented from performing future Shops and can also result in the forfeiture of any fees that may have been scheduled for any Shops I have completed.
After approval, you will be required to read and take a test about our RULES.
